Personal data and their processing purposes

How and why do we use your personal data?
Where the use of these is necessary for the general performance of a contract of which you are a party, i.e. when you make a purchase from our physical store (sale, invoicing, shipment of products, complaint management) and when the use of these is necessary to comply with our legal obligation, i.e. we file them for accounting and tax purposes, in accordance with Article 6(2). 1 b', c' and in GDPR/GDPR. What data do we collect from you and how
All the data we collect comes exclusively from the subjects(customers) themselves. specifically:
When you visit our store, we ask you to provide us with some information about you. We make sure that we collect only your absolutely necessary data for the purpose they are intended for. These data include:
· Personal data such as name, address, VAT number, IOU, email address, phone number and other contact and billing information. This data is collected when purchasing and invoicing a product from our stores, as required by tax law.

· Economic and property situation data, such as, but not limited to, occupation, remuneration, dependent members, clearing note, other tax and income items (indicatively E1 and E9) in order to send them to a cooperating Banking Foundation for approval of a consumer loan you have previously requested
Special categories of personal data
We do NOT collect specific categories of your personal data, i.e. data "revealing racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs or participation in a trade union, as well as genetic data, biometric data for the purpose of unambiguous identification of a person, data relating to the health or data relating to the sex life of a natural person or sexual orientation" (Article 9(1) GDPR) or data relating to criminal convictions and offences (Article 10 GDPR/GDPR).
Personal data and minors
We fully comply with the legislation, and in particular on the protection of minors, we recognise the need to protect their data as defined by the current institutional framework. Our company keeps data of minors only if they have been provided by those who exercise their parental responsibility and only for the purposes of fulfilling the relevant trading relationship and always for the benefit of minors. Applicable Law
Applicable Law is Greek Law, as formed in accordance with the General Regulation on the Protection of Personal Data 2016/679/EU, and in general the current national and European legislative and regulatory framework for the protection of personal data in conjunction with the Law on consumer protection (Law 2251/1994) which regulates sales issues.
The courts responsible for any disputes adving related to your Data are the Courts of Larissa.
